Design
Our design department ensures your branding is consistently and professionally communicated throughout your booklet. From your logo and website to your branding guide, we derive inspiration and direction to create your custom cover artwork. As an alternative, we can import your own cover artwork, if that is preferred.
Development
MedForms® Development Team works with you throughout the customization process. Our clinical staff of RNs has worked in home care management for over 30 years and possesses extensive knowledge of the clinical and administrative aspects of the home care industry. Our booklets are proven to consolidate your admission materials into an easy-to-understand format that is specific to your agency’s needs.
Editorial
A knowledgeable and efficient team of editors will update your booklet with any changes you request and offer you suggested regulatory changes (when applicable) each time you reorder. We do not charge for making changes – a huge cost savings for our clients.
Regulatory
Our Regulatory Department is headed by Michelle Bobo, RN, with over 30 years experience in the health care industry. We keep up with changes to federal and state regulations in addition to updates from accrediting organizations and offer these updates to you at no charge. While ultimate responsibility of regulatory compliance remains with you, we will offer you suggested changes each time you order.
