Walk us through the initial cover design creative process at MedForms.
First and foremost we want to make sure we have your logo in a vector file format so it will print clearly and make for a beautiful representation of your agency. Once we have a clean logo we will take a look at any current marketing material you might have in order to stay consistent with your agency’s branding. If nothing is provided we can always defer to your website or even the logo itself for a great jumping off point. After collecting as much information as possible we will create a custom cover option inspired by your branding, complete with your logo and all of the necessary regulatory information on the front and back covers.
What type of logos work best for patient admission booklet design?
Vector files! We cannot stress enough how important a clear, high resolution logo is in printing your covers. To achieve those clean lines we need your logo in a vector file format. The filename extensions we are looking for are .ai or .eps
What information is helpful to know on the front end from clients regarding cover design
Any and all information is helpful; the more the better – current marketing materials, PMS colors, fonts, images – anything that is a must on your cover, as well as any preferences or ideas are all extremely valuable to our team in designing the perfect cover for you and your agency. We welcome any input you might have to execute your vision of the perfect cover.
Can home care agencies revamp their cover design and/or change logos at a later time?
Absolutely! If there is a change in logo/name/branding/or just a change of heart, we invite you to make these changes upon your next reorder. If that is the case, please provide all necessary material/information you would like updated on the front end of ordering. That way our design team can work with the editorial team to get the revamped artwork incorporated in the first proof sent to you.
