It is an exciting time of year here at MedForms!
First, this month marked our 30th year as a company! What started with one person’s desire to make life easier for nurses has developed into more than we could ever have imagined. We have grown so much as a company over the years, and we are striving to continue that growth every day. Thank you to all of our clients who trust us with their admission process — you are the reason we have become what we are today!
Second, a group of our staff from several departments recently returned from the NHPCO conference! Our team always appreciates attending this industry-wide events because the networking and educational sessions allow us to keep up with the latest happenings in the home care industry.
Another great perk of these conferences is getting face-to-face time with some of our clients. We absolutely love getting to hear from those we work with on what they like, thoughts they have, how they use our booklets, etc. This helps us both better understand our clients and their needs as well as gather new ideas on how to improve our products and provide better service to our clients.
We will also be attending the NAHC conference in October and would be thrilled to see more of our clients there! Look for our booth and come say hi!
