- If you Create a New Account, a member of our team will approve your account within 24 hours.
- When logged in, click “Pay an Invoice” (or navigate to this URL:
https://medforms.com/product/invoice-payment/) - Fill out “Payment Amount” and “Invoice Number” and click “Add to Cart” button
- If you would like to pay more than one invoice, click lime green “Account” button and then “Pay an Invoice” to submit your next invoice’s details
- When all information in your Cart is correct and complete, click “Proceed to Checkout” button
- Complete Billing Details, provide any notes for MedForms, and complete Credit Card information; click “Place Order” Button
- You will receive a receipt emailed to the email address you provided in Billing Details
