Is it time to order your patient admission booklet again? Our current wait time for a proof is 10-12 business days, and printing/shipping is 2-3 weeks, so please keep that in mind when you plan to place a new order on our website. If you are running low and need to get your booklets faster, we are happy to talk with you about our exact repeat option instead.
If you have the time, we encourage you to see a proof with updates before printing. These updates include our suggested revisions based on the latest federal and state updates, as well as any changes from your agency such as a new address or graphical changes to your logo and covers.
Once an editor completes your proof, you will receive an email that will have a link to view your booklet. The email will also have a list of the items we have revised and brief descriptions of the changes to refer to as needed.
As you click through your admission booklet proof, you will see any changes the editor made in blue text. Verbiage such as agency policies, procedures, addresses and phone numbers will be marked with a red “Please Verify” stamp for your review. The editor may also have notes or comments in callout boxes within the proof.
Once all edits are complete and you have approved your proof in writing, the editor will begin processing your order for printing. A couple weeks later, you have your updated booklets in hand!
