When you open your final box of MedForms patient admission booklets, it’s time to place a reorder! Our average wait time in the queue to receive a revised proof is about 10-12 business days, and the printing/shipping timeline is approximately 2-3 weeks once your proof is approved. To accommodate, we recommend ordering about six weeks before you expect to run out of booklets.
Exact Repeats:
If you’re running low on booklets or are completely out, this is a great time to order Exact Repeat booklets. Exact repeats are copies of your most recently printed booklet. Because exact repeat booklets do not receive any new updates, they are not entered into our queue and therefore can be sent to our printer faster. These are best ordered in emergency situations, and are often accompanied by an order for additional booklets with suggested changes.
If you determine exact repeats are needed, we recommend ordering a smaller quantity for your agency (our minimum is 50 copies) to hold you over while a changes order waits in our queue to receive regulatory updates.
Booklets with Changes:
If it’s been six or more months since your patient admission booklet has been reviewed for updates, or if your agency has any updates to request, we recommend placing an order to receive suggested changes. This helps ensure your booklet meets all regulatory requirements and receives any recommended updates that are applicable.

You do not need an account, an account number or to be logged in to place an order online. Orders placed online will be reviewed for our suggested changes as usual, and requested changes from your agency may be submitted here as well.
