Reordering with Our Suggested Changes

One of our most valuable services is providing you with a revised proof of your agency’s patient admission booklet to review whenever you reorder. The proof contains updated regulatory requirements that apply to your specific booklet. It also includes any changes you submit to us when you reorder.

Our Regulatory Department does a fantastic job monitoring new changes for booklets to be in compliance with various state, federal and accreditation requirements. Our editors thoroughly review your booklet to make sure all applicable revisions have been made.

When an editor has a proof ready for you, they will email you a link that lets you click through an online version of your booklet.  Everything is laid out exactly how the booklet will print.  Revisions we have for you to consider are in blue, and information specific to your agency that needs to be verified is red to help you easily and efficiently review the proof.

With our proofs, you can also review graphical changes, such as updating your agency’s logo.  All you have to do is send us your logo in a vector file format (.ai or .eps), and leave the rest to our amazing Graphic Design Department. *Please note we request all changes from your agency to be submitted at the time of your reorder.

Reordering Exact Repeats

If you are running low on booklets and don’t have time to go through our proofing process, you can place an order for an exact repeat of your last printing.  When you order exact repeats, your booklets will go to print that day, and you’ll receive them in about 2 to 3 weeks.  This is a great option if you are in a rush, but do keep in mind our goal is to keep you compliant, so reviewing our regulatory updates periodically is highly advised.

Order a 6-Month Supply

In order for us to keep your booklets up-to-date with the latest revisions, we recommend ordering enough booklets to last 6 months, based on how many patients your agency admits each month.
