Pricing: MedForms does not charge translation fees for any text from our template that we already have in Spanish. That means that only agency specific verbiage will need to be translated. The translation fee is 15 cents for every English word that needs translated. Printing and shipping costs are additional, and based on quantity ordered. The minimum order quantity is 50 booklets. We recommend ordering a 6-month supply so that the Spanish booklets are updated regularly. First-time Spanish orders will include a $250 one-time setup fee. The first order of Spanish booklets is an initial investment, but reorders are a great value because there is no setup fee and translation costs are usually minimal since only updates will need to be translated.
Process:
Step 1: You request a quote, and MedForms sends you an individualized quote based on your custom English booklet within 3 to 4 weeks. Then you decide if you want to move forward. MedForms only translates if you approve the costs.
Step 2: You approve the translation costs, and MedForms begins translating. Translation can take up to 2 weeks to complete (depending on word count).
Step 3: MedForms sends you a proof of the completed Spanish booklet. You review and request edits or give your approval to print the booklets.
Step 4: After your approval, MedForms prints and ships your Spanish booklets. You will receive your custom Spanish booklets in 2 to 3 weeks.
