October 2026 Blog Post: Multi-covers
In certain instances, it is most efficient for an agency to have one shared booklet with multiple covers. Whether your agency has multiple locations within one state, or your offices have different accrediting bodies, multiple covers is an effective way to streamline admissions. Our knowledgeable editorial staff will advise if this is the best solution for your booklet.
When a booklet is designed as multi-cover, this means there is one set of guts (the written educational material and forms) shared between two (or more) front and back covers. This is important to remember when making edits to your booklet – because the guts are shared, the content within applies to every location. Any references to addresses and phone numbers throughout the guts will point the patient to the front or back cover where location-specific information can be found.
For reordering, it is best to place one order for all of your locations/covers at once. Doing so on our reorder form is very simple! We have a “Details from your Agency” box that allows you to indicate how many of each cover you need:
Another option is to attach a file that details your order information.
We strongly recommend keeping each location on the same 6-month reorder schedule. This will keep the ordering and proofing process streamlined as well as help your agency get the best price break available!
